The question isn’t whether it will reduce the Raising Men Lawn Care Service Giving Back To The Community Stronger Than Cancer Shirt and I love this price to disclose it, it’s whether they actually must disclose it or if they can simply not provide that information to the next buyers. However I would be wary of moving into that house. You say it was organised crime – I’m assuming county lines or other sort of drug trafficking? If it is, there have been examples of how they don’t care – they kill children, they shoot random people having a drink in a pub. I’d be very cautious of some people in the organisation not realising the house has been sold. For me, it would be a no. This is the point I’d stick on. Reduced value is a concern, people wanting access to the property to re-trawl for evidence is a concern – but some of them not being very pleasant people and wanting to make sure nobody looks at the evidence/wanting to retrieve cached items/not having got the memo that it has changed hands… I would run a mile. This is what I was thinking too – as awful as it sounds but a “normal” murder where somethings happened between two people who knew each other in a fit of rage or something like that would almost be less alarming to me than organised crime links. So many bad people will be potentially aware of that house and that would be a huge no for me as I would be worried who was knocking every time I’d answer the door.

This is what I wanted to say but couldn’t word it properly – if it was a fit of rage or even a home invasion gone wrong, you’d not be concerned. Organised crime is a whole other thing and you’d never know who would show up in case the Raising Men Lawn Care Service Giving Back To The Community Stronger Than Cancer Shirt and I love this new owners were a sham or something Yeah it sounds bad doesn’t it as no murder is a good thing obviously but if we think of murders as things that unfortunately do happen (thankfully rarely) they are one off instances and those circumstances are not likely to happen again in that home e.g. Two people fighting, one psycho person murdering a partner or a family member or something. Organised crime on the other hand is repetitive and all sorts of things could have been going down in that property for years! It’s not even just links to the “organised elements”. If it was related to drugs for instance those who are senior (don’t know if that’s the right word) to any organised drug crime would be aware that the house is no longer part of things but that doesn’t stop your average drug addict around town looking to buy drugs or steal drugs or some random gang type criminal coming to settle a score. It would be a huge absolute no – is anything likely? Hopefully not? But equally I don’t need that extra stress in my life, your home is supposed to be your haven.
