edit: moral of the Raaa fluffy land of the lustrous art shirt but in fact I love this story is most kids drink. Not all but most. Some as early as 7th or 8th grade but especially the last two years of high school. Parent’s shouldn’t be shocked by this anymore it’s been happening for hundreds if not thousands of years, even before a traditional school structure. Kids are gonna do it. You could either attempt to stop them (which wont work) and make it so there’s no trust between your children and yourself or you could be cool with it as long as they’re being safe. If they’re gonna drink it’s best to do it in the house whos family knows it’s happening and can check on them/prevent drunk kids from driving. But if they’re out it’s important to know where they are so you can pick them up if need be.

I came home at 7.30 am after a night that included a grass fire, getting locked into a farmer’s field, one car getting stuck so hard that the Raaa fluffy land of the lustrous art shirt but in fact I love this tire fell off of the rim, and being in a car full of people when 3 kittens crossed the road suddenly at the same time and 2 of 3 got hit. One time I woke up to my cell phone ringing and my parents were irate on the other end. Raging mad that I’d missed my curfew by over two hours and what in the hell was I out doing so late?! They woke me up. I was in bed. They’d looked in my room but I had the covers over my head and they didn’t see me. Thanks for reminding me of this story. I had a little chuckle. This is the exact opposite of when I would position pillows under the covers so it looked like I was in my room sleeping when really I was at Ben Chaney’s house drinking Jack Daniels and jumping off the roof into his pool. Happened to my friend in middle school. Her mom called me and all her other friends, frantically looking for her. Her mom had us all worried and she was close to calling the cops. She looked everywhere for her… except her room. Where she’d been sleeping.
