I think a very few service centres of theirs are good and competent, my Sony wf 1000XM4s had a battery issue, I went to a service centre in lajpat nagar delhi, they gave me a new pair of replacement buds in a day (just a few weeks before warranty ended luckily). Went and demonstrated the problem to the service center in kormangala. They denied replacement as it was a software issue and hardware was occasionally working.

This is worse than mine. For mine, they have an excuse – but in your case – this is not even an excuse – software or hardware – isn’t it their fault anyway??
