i’ve never met her but what i hear from most people that meet her is that she’s very sweet and easy to talk to however i have also seen a lot of people say she’s more quiet/reserved off stage which some people could take as “being cold” I got to meet her at DragCon. She is very beautiful, just stunning. I thought she was really nice. It’s really a skill to keep an interaction brief enough to keep the Pro Bono Mom Chef Since The Day You Were Born, You’re Welcome! T-Shirt it is in the first place but line going but still make it feel personal, and she does it well. Met her several times in Pittsburgh bars before she and Sharon went on the show. She seemed cool. (To be clear: we weren’t like, friends or anything but I tipped her a few times lol). She was a real sight to see in dirty, smoky bars. I was always impressed with how beautiful she looked I’m from Pittsburgh, and she was pretty good friends with a coworker of mine at a coffee shop. (This was pre-RPDR and I knew her as Justin.) She came in pretty regularly, and we would often let her stay after locking the doors and sit at the bar while we did our closing tasks if they were going out afterward. Always really fun to talk to, but I didn’t get to know her as more than an acquaintance. I left that job a couple years before her season — the first time I heard HIEEEEE on the show absolutely blew my mind. ?

I have met Alaska several times. She is incredibly gracious and generous with her time. If you can go to one of her shows at 3DB, RUN!!! Other incredibly nice queens I have met are Adore, Jan and Jaida. I was nervous to meet her, and I was telling the Pro Bono Mom Chef Since The Day You Were Born, You’re Welcome! T-Shirt it is in the first place but person in front of me in line, and he was like “oh don’t be nervous she’s great, I met her so many times she’s really chill”. So I watched him have his meet and greet with Alaska and it was so bizarre. He barely even said hi to her before sitting down on her, and positioning her arms in different ways for different pictures he wanted. Then he asked her to stand up so he can sit on her stool and she could sit on him. She went along with everything, and smiled throughout it, but it was very strange because it seemed like he was just treating her like some sort of puppet and he just wanted certain photos.
