I’ve always been firmly in the Pretend i’m black cat in Halloween night T-Shirt it is in the first place but I don’t give a fck what others think camp. I do what makes me comfortable and happy. Anyone who doesn’t like it know la where they can go. I find obvious heavy makeup during the day (especially coloured eye shadow) makes the wearer look insecure, like they are trying too hard. At night it is glamorous and part of the fun. Totally appropriate. Just my opinion. YMMV. you gotta just be comfortable with who you are…i used to try and doll up for nights out but it just wasn’t something i ever really wanted to do.im lazy when it comes to learning makeup skills and id rather put all my focus on skincare. im not great it, i was self conscious that it was too light, not blended, patchy (i have incredibly dry skin) etc.. so i stopped dolling up, i use that mac mineralizing powder, i got good at doing cat eye, mascara, blush, a little brow action and a tinted gloss…i loooove that routine. i think i look good and i don’t mind that other people have full face beats cos i’m comfortable with my choice you know.

It wouldn’t have brothers me at all. That’s part of friendship. Accepting people for what they are. I think you need to accept that you’re more into makeup than they are. Toning down the Pretend i’m black cat in Halloween night T-Shirt it is in the first place but makeup seems really wrong to me!!!!!!!! You only look ill to someone used to seeing you in makeup, a stranger would think you look fine like your friends do. And you only look ill because the makeup makes you look more colorful, so when you don’t have it you look more pale and pale=ill usually. This is me too, I usually have to have some makeup on or I know I look like shit. Lately I’ve been trying not to wear it because I don’t want to care what others think but then people like to point out I look “tired” no shit I work 98 hrs a week Me too! What’s up with that??. I went to a party last weekend with all my friends and hardly any of them were wearing make up. 1 other female had make up on. Also I’ve been wanting to get my lashes done for this festival in mid September that me and friend group are going to and I have talked myself out of it. I’ve toned down what I wear a lot bc my friend group has. I love earrings and accessories too and hardly any of my friends change up their earrings/necklaces/etc.
