I don’t see a world in which that ends with a positive result; at least not with this “photographer.” They don’t have a portfolio, or anywhere to leave reviews of his work, and thus wouldn’t stand to gain anything by doing so. Considering how poorly he did when he was actively being paid… I don’t see it being a productive endeavor. A lot of the final work is done in the editing process and the raw photos may not fully reflect the talent of the photographer. It’s like a master chef giving the customer the ingredients to their famous meal. What they get isn’t the finished, high quality product that they are known for and it could negatively affect their reputation.

I’m curious what you signed up for, like what kind of package was offered, and what were you expecting out of it. Without knowing the details of the arrangements you made for the shoot, my first thought is that 15 good photos is reasonable, but I don’t know why they also sent a hundred bad ones. On the other hand, if they charged you post-processing fees for all of the bad photos then that’s inappropriate.
