So I use this mascara. I use a make up removing balm all over my face, including my eyelashes. And then I add water and rub all over my face a bit and rinse/wipe it all off. It comes off in about a minute. Sometimes I will use waterproof micellar water and that works quickly too. Even Vaseline will work in a pinch. I use FARMACY GREEN CLEAN makeup melt away cleansing balm it works soo good! I’ve been using waterproof Mascara lately and wasn’t able to get it off with Garnier micellar water. Then after I always double cleanse with my face wash. Also wanted to add that I use the Porcupine nope not a hugger shirt but in fact I love this balm on dry skin because if my face is already wet it doesn’t work near as good. Micellar water on a cotton pad but this is the important part… SOAK it off. Hold the wet cotton pads on your eyes like cucumbers at a spa for like 30 seconds, turn them over and do the same. At that points it swipes right away no need to rub your eyes or scrub off. Cheap and effective! I oil cleanse with jojoba oil, get into a shower apply face soap prior to letting water touch my face, wash the soap of my face with hot water. Pat face dry, use a bit of toner on a cotton pad to wipe away any leftover makeup. Then moisturize.

The trick is to make sure during all the Porcupine nope not a hugger shirt but in fact I love this steps that you’re actually saturating your lashes and wiping/cleansing underneath your eye. Its easy to agitate the top of your lashes with your eyes closed and miss your undereye. Very gently make sure you’re getting underneath your top lashes when your eye is closed. Don’t do it so hard that you’re getting product in your eye. Put some micellar water on a cotton pad and hold the pad on your eyes closed for few secs-mins and then wipe it off…. That does the trick for me Or use some coconut oil in the same way I use the same mascara. I recommend washing with your normal cleansing oil then putting some micellar water on a cotton round and holding it on your eye for around 10 seconds and then swiping it off. I will also say that some oil cleansers that people SWEAR by just aren’t compatible with dissolving certain makeup ingredients. Frankly I tend to hate these liquid oils for mascara removal.
