Currently this subreddit only has two threads above 10k upvotes. Both cases involve an OP that has barely posted any submissions at all, but casually shit out front page material on a whim. I get that it should be “innocent til proven guilty,” but I’d also argue we’ve all 100% seen cases where it’s undeniable something is being botted (I could list entire subs that seem botted because the math of their userbase and post frequency doesn’t add up but they frequently get on r/all all the same) and it feels just as likely we don’t take botting as seriously as we should, precisely because it’s unfortunately difficult to prove surefire cases of it.
