Conduct Unbecoming of (this case, staff-NCO)… an officer’s conduct that disgraces him personally or brings dishonor to the Planets And Sun Solar System Astronomy T-Shirt in other words I will buy this military profession affects his fitness to command the obedience of his subordinates so as to successfully complete the military mission – Article 133 of UCMJ. Basically bringing shame to your rank/profession/military can be used as a catch all. Adultery could be charged under this article of UCMJ. It’s just used in connection with other things (ditto with fraternization). So if you’re in a relationship with someone in your command they might do something. If you’re just cheating on your spouse and your wife calls to try to get you in trouble or to stop they’re going to roll their eyes and ignore everything. Planets And Sun Solar System Astronomy T-Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

Btw the Planets And Sun Solar System Astronomy T-Shirt in other words I will buy this internet is bigger than ‘this nation’. You appear very narrow minded when you make the assumption everyone is there with you. Most people would be surprised to find out they were sodomites, which they are if they did anything other than missionary. In the military it is. Think of the havoc it could cause in a unit designed so that you need to trust the people around you with your life. Honesty is supposed to be one of the pillars of the US army. Can’t have leaders like this guy be caught doing that and not be punished for it if they find him guilty. You can obtain a spouse (Class 2 dependent, 1 each) by permit, license, blood tests and proper legal procedures — but if the army wanted you to cheat with another individual (Class 5 dependent, 1 each) they’d issue you one off the table of organization and equipment. Simple. It’s a crime under UCMJ, it is never prosecuted unless it’s attached to another crime (even though upset spouses will try). So if you’re sleeping with someone in your chain of command then yeah you might get charged but if you’re just cheating on your spouse they’re not going to bother. 18 to make your decisions if you’re LGBTQIA+ but drop all charges for Matt Gaetz for trafficking a 17 year old across state lines (she was old enough to make decisions). My 10 year old son was born with TRS, which comes in various forms but for him means that his genitals were fully formed but his testes regressed inside his body and died while he was still in the womb.
