Bothers me when guests leave lights on all night bc they forgot to turn them off or when they leave for the Philly Take October Philadelphia shirt and I will buy this day, but it’s a habit I’m not about to break in them during their stay, so I ignore it. Now if they leave the AC on blast all day/night, that shows up on my utility bills, so I remind them in my premade messages to be mindful. That’s literally all you can do as a host. Mattresses, linen, and electricity have a cost in renewal, maintenance, and utilization. If they don’t understand, keep leaving bad reviews How would you feel of someone stayed in your place and didn’t respect your rules. Yes, you may pay to stay there, but it’s not your place and you don’t own it. They’re trying to keep costs down so they can stay competitive with pricing. Did you rent this place because the price was cheaper than the competition? If so it’s this aggressiveness on keeping costs down that helped keep the cost low for you. They should probably just raise their prices and let you use however much electricity the guest wants.

Hello, I’m asking this question on behalf of my sister. She received £250 in cash for her birthday and went to the Philly Take October Philadelphia shirt and I will buy this post office to deposit the money into her account. The transaction was apparently declined, so the person at the kiosk told her to try again later, and gave her back the £250 in cash. However, the money did actually transfer into her account, so my sister was essentially given £250 by the post office, and she also transferred the original £250 into her account the next day. The only thing is, she has now spent the entire £500 and the post office banking team is sending her letters asking for her to contact the bank. I know that if she had spotted it, she should have said something before the money was spent. However, if anyone can please let me know what is likely to happen next, and if she will be expected to pay the money back, or if the fault lies with the post office, that would be much appreciated.Post Office will want it back. They’ll send her letters about it and then maybe try and sue her over it, or report it to the police if they think she’s been dishonest. She’s going to have to pay it back, the media is littered with similar stories. If she was only expecting £250 and got £500 it’s fairly obvious. It’s even more obvious she knew about it if she is struggling to pay it back, because one would question why do I suddenly have extra money to spend.
