Miami… I come from a cold, Canadian environment that has clean air, clean water and beautiful mountains. We stayed in a “5 star” motel that was mediocre at best, everything smelled like mold everywhere I went. It was hot, humid and it was unbelievably heartbreaking seeing the Philadelphia City Union Gazdag 06 Flyers Yan Riemsdyk 25 Eagles Hurts 01 Phillies Harper 03 76ers Embiid 21 Shirt besides I will buy this wealth disparity in that town as we went from the slum area of town (which was bigger than anything I’ve seen anywhere) to where we were staying. That and the armed guards at the airport really solidified my desire to never go back to the US. Your first mistake was visiting Miami. Even most Floridians hate Miami. You should’ve just kept going south and stayed in Key West instead. Totally different vibe. Agreed – I was born in Florida and still live here. I hate Miami, we only go there to drive right through it to the Keys. Vegas there was some cool places and a lot of the women were beautiful so that was a plus. Homeless people all over, and trash was everywhere. Seen an old woman puke on the slots, then continue playing like nothing happened. The place was disgusting for the most part

Depends on the Philadelphia City Union Gazdag 06 Flyers Yan Riemsdyk 25 Eagles Hurts 01 Phillies Harper 03 76ers Embiid 21 Shirt besides I will buy this hotel. Only been there once. Made the mistake of staying in the Golden Palace (don’t remember what they’ve renamed that shithole to now). Horrible layout and they had a loud concert at the base of our tower that kept us up all night. Some hotels are classy and very nice, even some cheap ones like the Flamingo (walked through a lot of them). But that place was a shithole. Real estate near the JC waterfront is extremely expensive because the commute into Manhattan on the PATH is so convenient. Early ’90s Los Angeles. The sky was literally black and green, and the smell of piss was so strong you’d swear it was eroding the buildings. I was 13 at the time, moving back to Texas after a year-and-a-half living on the other side of the planet, and 30 years later I’ve still never seen worse.
