Have you looked into fungal acne? Asses your moisturizer and sunscreen as they may be too greasy. Then I would start using an AHA exfoliant like glycolic acid. That will remove the dead skin and let the comedones empty out. I had those skin colored bumps in my cheeks and forehead and I changed sunscreens and it made a big difference.

I have always, ALWAYS had horribly congested skin (closed comedones) no matter the Phi Beta Sigma Paraphernalia Phi Beta Sigma Est.1914 T-Shirt it is in the first place but routine, and I’ve changed it many times over the years with no success. I eventually began to just live with it and thought “ok this is just my skin”. HOWEVERRRRRR I recently bought the CosRx snail mucin serum for moisturizing purposes, and I swear to god, my skin has almost Entirely. Cleared. Up. I wish I had taken a before and after but this development was completely unexpected, as again, I bought it to bring more moisture to my skin. I can run my hand over my face and 90% of the bumps are gone. And I shit you not – this sounds like an ad – but it happened immediately. 2-3 days of use and my skin was sooooo much clearer. I’ve only had this product for two weeks!!! I have no idea why my skin loves it so much, maybe my issue was fungal acne or something, but it worked. And I was so so so hesitant to buy this product. I put it off for over a year for personal reasons. But I’m so fucking glad I bought it, and maybe it could help you too. And if you do try it and it doesn’t work, I am really sorry!! Living with closed comedones (assuming that’s your issue here – looks like it to me) can be really hard on your self esteem. You will find something that works for you eventually. It might just take awhile.
