My taxes are already going up. Might as well pay for something good as opposed to giving more money to the military Poor people pay more in taxes anyways. Might as well do something that benefits them in the end. Plus, for the next few years due to Trumps ‘Tax Cuts and Jobs Act’ people making the least amount of taxes have to pay more of the percentage of their income than folks making higher amounts. Plus, we could always take from our military budget or even better, TAX THE RICH to pay for it. Does anyone know what it’s going to cost to pay for everybody’s college from now on? That’s where this is headed, isn’t it? Wait, so we’re not even talking about making education free? We’re only talking about canceling debt for those who currently chose to pay for an education?
