I’d love to! never thought of that before! Yes. In my head. Where I live 24/7. I did notice the depression in there with me. Thanks for helping me figure out where my brain is.

The intent of this advice can be well intended, but its ignorant and alienates the person who is suffering because their struggle to be happy/well is being invalidated.
