If there are 27 of them suddenly on the Peanuts Characters New England Patriots In October We Wear Pink 2024 Shirt also I will do this market, they probably won’t be worth as much as a mint rookie Gretzky was the day before they found them. Quality control was apparently pretty poor though. So even fresh out of the pack cards are unlikely to be flawless. Totally possible that not a single one would be graded a perfect 10, if this box ever even gets opened. Correct on this O Pee chee hockey and baseball cards are notorious for rough cut edges and centering issues . There is a realistic possibility that the best Gretzky would be like a psa 8 or 9. I doubt this case ever gets opened though it’ll most likely be kept sealed as an investment piece. Whoever bought them is the deBeers of Gretzky rookie cards, though. They can decide exactly if or when to release one.

Peanuts Characters New England Patriots In October We Wear Pink 2024 Shirt

When there’s the Peanuts Characters New England Patriots In October We Wear Pink 2024 Shirt also I will do this possibility of 27 x $3 million on the line you have to wonder whether people consider ways to peek inside the sealed packages. They have methods like high-resolution CT scanning and terahertz imaging that’s been used to view the writing on ancient scrolls and manuscripts. Could the same technology be used to peek inside packs of cards? (or scratch-off lottery tickets?) In Magic The Gathering there’s this card called Black Lotus that’s very valuable. Black Lotuses can be found in Alpha, Beta, or Unlimited. Given the way the sealed packs would remain valuable on the secondary market, I guess there wasn’t a way of non intrusively looking for the cards The old boosters were see through at the top, and there was enough space to push the cards downwards to reveal the rare card inside.

God, bringing back memories of buying boosters at the Peanuts Characters New England Patriots In October We Wear Pink 2024 Shirt also I will do this Gaming center counter, and the day realizing you could peek through the white tops, I learned a lot that day. Explains why after buying so many there, I never got anything ‘top’ tier as the staff always already picked through and sold them individually. Wasn’t there someone that figured out you could weight the packs with a digital scale and see the tiny variations to know what packs had what? Can’t say for sure cause I don’t know much about MTG but that absolutely happened/happens in pokemon card packs because holographics weigh more than non holos. People would weigh them all and then take the holos and reseal them with a replacement card, so finding an old pack that hasn’t been tampered with is very difficult I’ve been told

Some of those old wax packages can be opened and resealed. I don’t know if it’s worth the Peanuts Characters New England Patriots In October We Wear Pink 2024 Shirt also I will do this risk if you are going to get 3.7 million dollars for the case though. mkbhd did a video a while back unboxing a supposedly brand new original iPhone from 2007. IIRC he said the auction house tried to verify everything inside was packaged as it should be if brand new by using X-rays. So I’d assume these high value items definitely get scanned in some way. Whether they can see individual cards though I’m a little doubtful I’m imagining Schrödingers cat. there is or there may not be 27 mint rookie Gretzky cards in that box right now. I have a bunch of sports cards still sealed in box from 30+ years ago.. I should look into them and see if there is potential for anything decent?

How I can buy this Peanuts Characters New England Patriots In October We Wear Pink 2024 Shirt

if they’re ‘86 fleer basketball they’re worthless but they have a special chemical inside them that makes them difficult to dispose of properly. lucky for you, i am the Peanuts Characters New England Patriots In October We Wear Pink 2024 Shirt also I will do this only person in the USA with a licensed facility to dispose of them without a hefty EPA fine, PM for address plz This just one of those cool stories I wish I heard more of. Not big on the “rich guy buys and keeps them to himself” story but the find itself is neat
“Whales can not drink sea water. If they do, their efficient kidneys filter out the Peanuts Characters New England Patriots In October We Wear Pink 2024 Shirt also I will do this salt effectively, causing no problems.” The title is wrong according to the article. It’s not that they can’t, it’s that they don’t voluntarily do it. They involuntarily swallow sea water when feeding but when not feeding they don’t take in any water. They get most of their water from their food. If this is true whales may be the animal that goes the longest period without drinking on earth (not including animals that don’t drink at all). You can say that humans can drink a little (compared to body mass) sea water too and our kidneys will work hard to filter it out, doesn’t mean we can quench our thirst with it and that’s the same for whales
And humans can drink soy sauce, but when people say “whales can’t drink seawater” it’s to mean they can’t quench their thirst with seawater; and of course redditors come here “akchually they don’t immediately die when they do, therefore they can drink sea water”; now go try to survive on drinking exclusively seawater for a week and come report to us But they could quench their thirst with it. If their kidneys can make their pee more concentrated than the Peanuts Characters New England Patriots In October We Wear Pink 2024 Shirt also I will do this seawater then they can effectively hydrate by drinking it. The only reason we can’t drink seawater is that our kidneys need more water to expel the salt than we take in with it. That last line is especially dumb lol “Their pee is twice as salty as seawater” hmm almost like they filtered the water out, thereby increasing the salinity of what’s left Now I’m just imagining an Inuit man in a gondola made of ribs and baleen floating over the arctic beneath a giant hot air balloon made of a whales bladder.
