Also when the Pay Mike TB football shirt but in fact I love this company terminates you, they need to pay out a severance (Usually it is just the salary for your remaining notice period) The last time I got terminated, The company paid me 6 months salary and also gave me my full bonus for the year even when my last day was in october. I basically got around 9 months salary and they also offered to pay for any certification I wanted to do in case I did not find a job in a month after leaving. When my current company terminated an employee for bad performance, they still paid her a 6 month severance and full pay for their 2 months notice period. If company terminates for disciplinary reasons, they don’t need to pay anything including for notice period. If its non disciplinary termination like bad performance or redundancy, they have to pay for notice period.

Most decent companies don’t. Disciplinary action might require intervention by the Pay Mike TB football shirt but in fact I love this law (like fraud, sexual harassment, leaking IP etc) They have to show evidence if employee sues. So its pretty standard that they will mention the termination cause on relieving letter/service certificate and they will have the evidence on record. The employee will also be put on no-hire list . But in IT industry, almost everyone would have breached some term that is terminatable. For example, opening a social media or any site unrelated to work is enough reason for disciplinary termination. A quick audit of any employee would be usually enough to find reasons for disciplinary termination if the employer so chooses. Yes both my last company and my current companies are MNC, I can’t name the company but the last company was an American Media company that was acquired by the Koch brothers which caused my team to be laid off.
