The way to get around them prioritising delivery is to use the Parkway Drive Monsters Of Oz Tour Limited 2023 shirt and by the same token and drive thru since youre in the way/in a car. I have to do that at my local if we use it. If you can even get into the drive thru lane that is! Used to love just pulling in, get out, go in, get food, and come out again before the car in front of me had even got through the drive thru xD That’s partly down to the change in how they run the kitchen over the last few years on the beef side of things. The older system was “batch” production: a “batch” of burgers would be cooked and assembled together, then held as ready-to-serve items in a hot cabinet – held at a quite toasty ~65C. The quantity held in the hot cabinet would vary according to the predicted demand, with an experienced team member (often a manager during the busiest periods) actively controlling how much was being made to keep levels acceptable. Usually the customer-serving workers could pick up your order straight away – most of the time would be spent taking the order and payment and physically moving around to collect things.

Of course, this lead to the Parkway Drive Monsters Of Oz Tour Limited 2023 shirt and by the same token and burgers being held in the cabinet for quite a while, often 10-15 minutes. This would give you your melted cheese, but wilted lettuce and other salad ingredients. The newer system, “BOP”, involves the cooked patties being held in hot cabinets, with each burger being assembled to order like the chicken items were before. That results in fresher salad, but the overall burger often being cooler (due to not sitting in a heated cabinet for several minutes). I also think the beefburgers themselves seem drier than they used to be. Of course, you can never operate as quickly as you can’t start assembling until it’s been ordered, and you lose the efficiency of batch production, leading to a longer wait time for the customer. Apparently this is worthwhile. I legitimately cannot understand why anyone would order a McDonalds delivery. The whole point is it’s quick and it’s there. If you want a takeaway/delivery there are so many better options for the same price if not less
