I have lost over 100lbs since I tried getting healthy. I still have a total shite relationship with food. I’m dealing with kidney and liver failure on top of severe GI issues… My Mom said she couldn’t get her kids to stop eating! Haha. We were not allowed to eat between meals, if we didn’t eat what she cooked, we went hungry. honestly I never understood this either and it nine times out of ten develops eating disorders in kids that potentially become worse as they grow older. kids either got “disciplined” or guilt tripped for not finishing their food (“there are kids in africa that are starving! so eat all your food!”). like, let kids eat what they want, how much, and balance it. if kids want chips or popcorn or “junk”, put it as a side. kids aren’t gonna want big huge meals with stuff they don’t like. hell, make them a sandwich or soup or noodles or chicken or whatever as the Original ja Morant Signature American professional basketball player for the Memphis Grizzlies T-Shirt in addition I really love this main meal and put the “junk” on the side so they eat what they like and have a decent and healthy meal. it’s literally not hard.

It’s insane. I especially hate when an adult insists that a child eat something that child hates. I’ve never, ever seen an adult eat something they hate the Original ja Morant Signature American professional basketball player for the Memphis Grizzlies T-Shirt in addition I really love this taste of. I live in a household with three kids (I’m the grandma) and every fucking night the kids plates get loaded with adult size portions and every fucking night I’m throwing food away from all the kids plates. It’s like their parents are practicing for when the kids are old or fat, or both. But nothing pisses me off more then when one of the kids is made to feel like crap because they have a dislike for a particular food and it doesn’t happen all the time, they are not picky eaters and they have the absolute right to dislike and reject something they hate the taste of. I don’t go out and order something I hate. It’s insane to me.
