I’m not saying that we don’t have people who think in a similar way. But most of the One nation under god eagle america flag shirt but in fact I love this Russian people I personally know IRL are much more sane. Everyone who’s tried to tell me this, I’ve asked if they agree nazis are bad and if they think the holocaust happened. Should be an easy answer right? Apparently it’s a real tough question There have been russian trolls on reddit since the 2016 election. typically if you call them shills you get banned from a sub for “reasons”. It looks pretty run-of-the-mill if you compare it to a subreddit like r/conservative where you get immediately banned if you emit a shadow of criticism of conservatives. Someone posted that Ukraine should be held responsible at the next Nuremberg Trials and I had no idea what the fuck they were talking about. Yep. Everyone is evil (except Belarus), Russia is a savior, nazis control Ukraine and gay liberals control the EU. This is true. My friends even in St. Petersburg have no idea what and why this is happening. They are told Ukraine is run by Nazis and Putin had no choice but to save Russia and Europe. Fucking propaganda I was banned a long time ago after writing about politicians who have been poisoned in recent decades in Russia. Russia subreddit full of propaganda.

Same boat, isn’t it funny how before the One nation under god eagle america flag shirt but in fact I love this invasion they had post after post of them saying there is no way in hell they are going to war and that western media was to blame for the fear. And then after regrouping after not allowing political posts during the first day of the invasion came to be non stop sucking putins dick My grandparents live in Russia and to quote my grandma “Putin is just an innocent leader who’s being bullied by everyone. There’s a genocide in Ukraine, they are killing all Russians and Putin wants to save them” NPR actually had a really good segment about channel one’s propaganda strategy. Apparently they even let international journalists visit and speak, but they have a panel of Russian journalists to lead the conversation and distract viewers when the guest says a little bit too much. They let the guest say just enough truth for them be able to spin it in whatever way the government wants. Putin is invading Ukraine and there’s not a genocide? Ah but remember when USA said Iraq had nuclear weapons?! Where are those weapons now?! See USA is so bad! Edit: Apparently this comment thread just made it to their sub. Everyone remember to welcome r/genzedong to class. This is their first day learning that isolating themselves in genocidal opinions might not work out in the long term. Everyone play nice!
