It was like for a brief moment in time we all remembered that we could be nice to other people. And then we quickly forgot about that as soon as people realised that their sourdough bread was actually a bit naff and too much effort compared to what you can get at a bakery. I miss the Oktoberfest Boo Shirt besides I will buy this effort people made with each other, myself included. I used to go for a walk every day and call someone different. Each week my family would have a video call quiz/ game and just catch up. I’d moved into a lovely new flat and adopted a cat shortly before the lockdown so we had valuable bonding time I was lucky enough to be furloughed on 100% pay for 4 months until we were brought back to work, albeit still working from home.

Oktoberfest Boo Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

We’re still lucky to be working from home at my company. We have 1 office day a week which is a fair compromise. I live next to Heathrow, so I do miss no planes. Also, it felt like a really long summer, despite being horribly sick with COVID, that took 7 months to recover from, my family and I made the Oktoberfest Boo Shirt besides I will buy this most of it. We had the swimming pool up by late April, kids had camp outs in the garden, regular BBQs too. Overall, we had a great time Driving to work being the only person on the road. Was nice to actually achieve the speed limit, my journey time was half of what it usually was. Lockdown was difficult for lots of people in lots of different ways, but I miss the “togetherness” and simplicity of it. For a while, it felt like everything slowed down and I felt closer to some of my family and friends than I had done in years, despite not being able to share a physical space with them. Seems counterintuitive, but there you go.

1. Length is measured from the highest point on the collar down to the bottom hem. 2. Width is measured across the body of the shirt under the armpits, one way. 3. Sleeves are measured from center back to hem.
