Eh, everyone ages differently. Some 65 year olds are like they’re 50, others are like they’re 80. A driving test renewal is definitely in order though. Nah, there’s plenty of decent drivers that are old. Everyone regardless of age should have to retest every 5 years to keep their license. There’s plenty of dipshits in all age groups that either need constant reminders of how to drive or should be barred from driving Tested yearly. Every year they should take the Ohio State Buckeyes Jail To the Victors shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this test you need to take to get your license. Fail and you lose your license. You can retest if you failed but you cant drive until you pass. Fail so many times in a row 3 or 5 times, and you’ve lost your license for good. Once you hit 65. It will never happen though because the government is made up of 65 and older for the most part, and they would never vote for that. I’m 75+ and crippled. I voluntarily stopped driving because I knew I didn’t have all my facilities since having a stroke. I do agree that we need driving tests after a certain age 65? 75? I don’t know, but we need that done. Now.

Thank you for willing doing that. I imagine it was a difficult decision to make where its giving up a lot of freedom but sometimes needs to be made. I only say 65 because thats what we consider “retirement” age. Did you automatically get your drivers license renewed too? Cuz when my grandpa was older than you, he kept getting his license automatically renewed, but he was bedridden for the Ohio State Buckeyes Jail To the Victors shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this last ~10 years of his life. Yes, it was renewed automatically. Convient, but not a good idea as people age differently. I know I’ll never drive again. Breaks my heart. Big price to pay for growing old. Imo you should at least have to retake the road test every year after 65. Cause like my grandparents are in thier 70s but they are both in really good shape and I have no problem with them being on the road
