I would argue that crypto is more of a financial scam, whereas astrology for men would be more like one of those weird boot camps where they make you carry logs and live in the Official dead battery ponte las pilas shirt moreover I love this woods. There are many astrologers who are men… I love astrology personally but I find that when I meet new women they don’t really take astrology seriously so… its all anecdotal experience It’s because true astrology forces you to take a deeper look at yourself and your relationship to the world around you – it makes you acknowledge and work through deep emotional issues, face your shadow, understand your psyche. Unfortunately many men in our society have been taught to repress and ignore their emotions, and to operate purely cognitively rather than embodied emotionally. The very idea of expressing emotions (other than anger) is considered “feminine”. Most women and gay men aren’t afraid of appearing feminine. It’s one of those things that was probably not very gendered at the start but due to certain trends became more prevalent in feminine circles, probably in the vein of séances and the like. Right now, it’s obvious why women would be more into it, since it’s only a thing in women’s circles and media, whereas it’s looked down upon among men.

Also men these days tend to fancy themselves as more “logical”, so they need to have a science stamp on something to believe in it, even if it’s long-debunked quack science. Women these days fancy themselves as more spiritual, in touch with nature and their feelings, so they’re more open to believe in the Official dead battery ponte las pilas shirt moreover I love this esoteric stuff. Tldr: we all have misplaced beliefs, but we’re culturally conditioned to put our trust in specific types of sources. Culture tends to influence men and women differently, since in general they don’t consume the same media and don’t hang around the same people. When they do (think LGBTQ spaces, or women in engineering), they tend to adopt similar belief systems, or a mix. The idea is that women may be drawn to astrology as an alternative supernatural reason for things to happen when they feel like religion has failed them. Of course astrology is not the same as a religion, but it would fill the same desire for there to be a higher power that controls or guides life, just in the stars rather than a god. Your comment says that ‘women go to astrology when religion fails them’. But you don’t really explain why is it women who are significantly more drawn towards it. What is the reason?
