I know people hate state-mandated safety inspections, but this is the Official Cameron Brink Caricature Los Angeles Shirt besides I will buy this sort of bullshit that gets caught by them. Either that or this is the sort of bullshit that makes them mandatory. I couldn’t agree with you more. Too bad my state pretty much did away with any safety inspections and test for emissions only for regular vehicles. Not just that, they aren’t focused correctly, and most of the “extra” light systems have no focus at all, they are flood lights. For real. As someone with Keratoconus, it’s really bad. Night driving about 10 years ago was never really an issue but lately it’s been pretty bad. The worst culprits are RAM Trucks. I don’t know what it is with their light housing but those fucking things are blinding.

I like my Honda Accord. The brights sit in front of the Official Cameron Brink Caricature Los Angeles Shirt besides I will buy this regular lights. So my regular lights only reach about tail light level into the cars in front of me. Saving them from being super bright and annoying in your rearview. And my rear window is tinted heavily so bright lights from behind appear dimmed. Two VERY nifty and appreciated QoL features for me. They have laws about lights being too low to the ground, remember that VW beetle magazine cover? Why the hell aren’t there laws about cars and non commercial truck lights being too high then? A lot of people in the UK usually have no idea their lights are badly adjusted until they have to take an MoT test… At least you have inspections. I’m in Tennessee where cars aren’t inspected ever. I rebuilt a car and was told I would have to have it inspected before it would be road legal again. They walked outside saw it had mirrors, lights, and a windshield and that was it. The only other thing they asked for were receipts for the parts used. It’s basically lawless here. I was speeding to get away from bright headlights one morning. Decided I couldn’t out run them and lagged behind. Turns out it was a squad car. I did that one night. I was already driving fast on an empty highway and suddenly a car was behind me right up my ass, getting so close I couldn’t see the lights. So I sped up. And again. Yea I will never have patience for these people, leave early, don’t drive in a way that increases the risk for everyone else on the road. I gave myself plenty of rime to get to my destination, something worth trying lol
