Took me a long time to learn those, and, yes, I am proud. Get a sledge hammer. Go to a local car scrap yard. Ask if they have any cars that will be crushed soon (they will). Ask if they care if you wack on one for 20 minutes (they won’t). Put on protective gear (sunglasses and gloves). When you notice your brain is caught in some sort of “circular negative thought cycle” .. break out of it and try to think more positive, constructive thoughts. For me,. what I normally notice is that any time I’m stuck worrying about something or having anxiety,. it’s almost always because of “incomplete information” (I’m worrying about some unknown thing,. and if I just educate myself or learn more information about that thing,.. it dissipates the Official #Alicia Allen The Eight Wonders Eras Tour Shirt in contrast I will get this size of the worries). I physically detach. Not mentally, just physically.
