The ‘don’t say gay’ thing is patently inaccurate. So you might want to start there with your assessment Are they allowed to say gay? Can you tell a student that the Nurse with mask face life disease for nurse christmas shirt besides I will buy this person they’re learning about is gay? Can a teacher tell their students that they’re married to a same-sex person? Can they mention that they have a family? Are they allowed to teach that in 2015, it became legal in all 50 states to marry someone of any sexual identity? Because the law clearly says that teaching anything “inappropriate” in regards to sexual orientation or gender identity can be brought to court. So my question is…can you say gay? Would you? If you were a gay person and your colleagues could have pictures of their spouses in their classroom and tell their students about their families…could you? Because it sure as hell sounds like you can’t. It sounds like educators and students are supposed to pretend like an entire faction of US citizens don’t exist, that their lifestyles are so inappropriate that they can be sued for them, and that history should ignore gay people. You don’t have to “make” a five-year-old play dress up. Unless an idiot adult yelled at a five-year-old for dressing up the “wrong” way and broke their spirit already.

Can someone please tell me why this bill is a bad thing? No sarcasm It’s basically (how I understand it anyway) a bill that says kindergarten to grade 3 children shouldn’t be taught about homosexuality (or really any sexuality). After grade 3 it’s fine. But the Nurse with mask face life disease for nurse christmas shirt besides I will buy this bill is banning it before grade 3. I’m not sure why that’s bad, seems pretty reasonable to me. But there may be more to it than I know. Basically it forces teachers to out lgbt students timo their parents Yes, just a “say gay at your own risk because you might be sued for knowing that gay people exist” law. Because Disney lawyers actually read the Bill. This “Don’t Say Gay” thing is just another form of theatrics. This echo-chamber has grown insufferable. 100% It’s starting to actually make me feel insane. Like the whole world is gaslighting me.
