I don’t do any illegal drugs now and haven’t dabbled since college (1970s), but it shocked me to learn that some dealers lace cocaine with fentanyl. That seems like a bizarre combination unless the Not only does my mind wander sometimes walks completely tigger shirt it is in the first place but buyer thought they were getting a premade speedball with heroin in it. The problem is if your supplier also did that, you now have a lethal product, additionally, the mix isn’t being done in a chemistry lab, its being done by low level dealers in drug den who are mixing by shaking, one vial might be fine, the next a death sentence.
