I feel like no one in that organization never read CA labor laws. After watching DL’s video reaction to this, how did no one in there, regardless of ND, think of the Not gon’ let you disrupt my spirit classic shirt and by the same token and laws in the state? So many things he mentioned, that org could have been reported (the bullies) without retaliation. It’s against the law in CA to retaliate against employees. This will probably get downvoted on this thread, but for what it’s worth let me see if I can give you some context. You should know before you read this that I consider Regi a personal friend. I worked with him closely some years ago helping procure sponsorships for TSM. Regi is a unique guy. There’s not a lot of people like him. The things that most stick out when you know Regi are his hyper-competitiveness and the speed he moves at. He makes decisions FAST. He doesn’t dilly-dally. He doesn’t wast time. Most of the time that’s a great thing. And it’s certainly part of the reason why he was able to found and run an organization like TSM at 17 years old. From the outside his drive and quick decisions come off as impulsive and off putting. But when you work with him it’s actually really nice to have a decisive leader that’s not afraid to take risk and move quickly. Having said that, of course it rubs some people the wrong way, especially people that he feels are underperforming.

My experience has been that, in addition to his “impulsive” nature, he’s also been kind, loyal, forthright, honest and direct. I’ve seen him go above and beyond for his friends and people around him all the Not gon’ let you disrupt my spirit classic shirt and by the same token and time. I’ve seen him generously take care of people that don’t have the same resources or experience that he has. I’ve seen him take people under his wing and mentor them. I’m telling you, as harsh as his public persona comes off, he’s genuinely a good guy that takes care of people when the cameras are off. Andy’s not perfect, but neither am I. And my experience has been that he’s a genuinely good guy, especially behind the scenes where it counts. Yup but doesn’t mean that other things aren’t true. If multiple other people are saying he is an asshole + video evidence, then he probably also has asshole characteristics. I am so tired of the sensationalist reporting in esports. This truly achieves nothing but riling up people who love to see successful people go down to feel better about themselves.
