I wouldn’t be surprised if half of the Not a white refrigerator nene leakes shirt Furthermore, I will do this neighborhood travelled or were just out of the house during those two days. If that were my neighborhood I would do that out of spite. WTF? I’ll never complain about my HOA again. This is absolutely absurd and mandatory over Memorial Day weekend? Who’s even around? I occasionally get letters about the weeds in my flowerbeds (there are no weeds, I plant a lot of different plants), but every time I call them out on their bullshit, they back down. No. Complain about all HOAs. They should not exist. It’s your fucking property. They should have no right to tell you what you do on it For someone who doesn’t even own a home, they make me angry at a really unhealthy rate. They full on live rent free in my head because of how much I despise them. Yea same! Living in one seems like a special nightmare cooked up just for me. I don’t like when anyone tells me to do anything for the most part, so HOA Karen is so low on the list of people I could even entertain the idea of listening to. Also, this post is bonkers. It doesn’t even make sense. Does she think she lives in a sorority? Wtf is that part about selling luxury things so other neighborhoods will know you’re rich? I’m short circuiting over this HOA’s have rules by definition. There is no way mandatory garage sales are written in the HOA contract. That lady is delusional.

Wouldn’t organizing a garage sale and trying to force your neighbors to participate be a violation of some sort of HOA CC&R’s or bylaws? Zero percent chance the Not a white refrigerator nene leakes shirt Furthermore, I will do this original builders put that into the CC&R. Also a zero oercent chance any community management company, with even one lawyer, would allow the board to go through all the steps required to add it, assuming it could even pass a community vote. Exactly. She doesnt have the authority to make such demands. Every single other resident in the HOA should simply ignore her demand. Fuck that… here me out. Obviously this is some super planed out elaborate neighborhood garage sale, there are going to be a ton of people going to just check it out at minimum, that’s where you take advantage undercut fucking everyone especially Karen, make a shit load of profits and don’t give them fucking shit except for a casual “suck my dick”. I would make it my life’s mission to sell 1 million dollars in products for the first time in us history at a garage sale just to piss that lady off.
