Seriously we ask the No fats no fems shirt In addition,I will do this kids to try stuff, eating something is a choice for you to make and tell them horror stories about their Uncle Ron who destroyed his body by only eating 7-11 hot case and drinking Tampico or Monsters for 5 years. My parents were the opposite. They made us finish our meal bc if we only take two bites and say we’re full, that’s it until the next meal. They took our word for it. They warned us beforehand too so no excuse for us to complain later. They were tired working people so that was the case. My sister and I learned to sit at the table and be present for the whole meal. More parents need to give smaller portions. If the kid eats it and wants more, give him/her more, assuming it’s not going to make the kid a fatty. This is not that difficult of a problem to solve. Seeing the comments describe this as abuse and me having an epiphany as to why I struggle so much with food now…

No fats no fems shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

As a 43/f mom of three who grew up with a horrible relationship with food because of situations as you describe and ended up becoming morbidly obese and had eating disorders- only finally becoming healthy and losing 180lbs at 30 with the No fats no fems shirt In addition,I will do this support of my husband of 25 years… I/we have never forced my children or any child in my care to finish their meal, eat something they dislike or aren’t hungry enough to eat. Dessert is not something that we automatically offer, either, though we always have something sweet in the house available. Two of our three kids are amazing eaters. They enjoy all types of food, are willing to try anything, and (most importantly) have a great healthy relationship with food and eating.
