Sure you just moved in together, but did you never spend the night together before you moved in? Did you go without a fan at all before she moved in? Did she ever have a problem with the fan before she more in? It sounds like she moved in completely intending to manipulate you out of your fan. She waited until she had no where else to go before she made her move, hoping you would feel too guilty about kicking her out. Do not feel guilty. She’s awful.
