The effect from edibles is more of a head high. Not much body feeling and takes hours for onset. And sleeping won’t stop the edible. So imo edibles are great if you have nothing important to do for 2 days. In Canada, the regulations around edibles are strict, meaning you have very small doses of thc in the edibles, and they’re crazy overpriced compared to herb or pens I’m a bariatric patient so edibles don’t absorb normally for me, and dosing is a bitch and a half. I used a dry herb vape most of the time. this is something i wonder all the time as an edible user. for some reason a lot of people have an all or nothing mentality with edibles. like bro you can have 1/4 of an edible and just have a few mg to get a slight high
