Whether you believe the Nice a Star is born jackson maine ally signature shirt in other words I will buy this Bible is fictional or not is irrelevant. I’m a Christian and I firmly stand with the notion that religious text should not be used in the creation or amendment of laws. Theocracy is dangerous and oppressive. It seems too many of your fellow Christians don’t want to understand that if they get the theocracy they think they want, it probably won’t be for the exact version of Christianity they ascribe to. Just ask a Baptist if they want a Catholic priest to tell them what to do and vice versa with a Baptist preacher. I’ve made this same point about teaching the Bible in school, or prayer. What version/interpretation of the Bible are they going to use? I’ve been reading the Meditations by Marcus Aurelius recently. The intro had some background on the history of the Roman Empire around his lifetime, and that got me interested in how Rome went from killing Jesus to basically founding the Catholic Church.

It was decidedly anti-hierarchical, and yet the modern Evangelical is drunk with power and the need for superiority of “the enemy.” And of course the enemy is other children of God I used to think the whole “Modern GOP would crucify Jesus” thing was just a jab at conservatives but, historically speaking, YEAH. THEY WOULD. Doesnt the bible also frown on beastiality?? Cuz her husband has been screwing that bitch and she looks like a handicapped horse.
