Some women like to use apple cider vinegar because they think it has more nutrients, I prefer normal white vinegar because it leaves less of a vinegar smell behind. I rarely wear makeup, and I am not the best with this, but do try to take it off at night (I normally only wear it when going out to bars or drinking so sometimes I do sleep in it…oops). Wash sheets and duvet cover once a week. I rotate pillows every few days then wash them all once a week.
