If you shower daily, I am told not to wash your hair daily as it strips it of oils and it becomes fragile and straw like. I personally never tested if that was true and always just went with washing hair with shampoo every 2nd or 3rd day. Deodorant if you are in a culture that requires it, but it’s not 100% required unless you have a problem with body odor or will be physically active for an extended period, otherwise showering generally takes care of it. Basically there is no difference between men and women when it comes to basic hygiene and grooming. Shave or don’t shave, your preference. Makeup is never required, but a personal preference. If you want people to talk to you, just don’t smell bad and brush your hair.

I do ” big shower days” every 3days. I double wash my hair on these days. I exfoliate my skin and my face with a specific exfoliant.
