It’s weird, I remember nothing about the New York Knicks 1946 basketball game day retro shirt moreover I love this estate agent being either good or bad from buying our place (when we were first time buyers so tbf no experience of dealing with them as a seller), but I would def just go back to them to sell because there are SO many bad ones out there. If they made no lasting impact on me then at least they weren’t actively terrible. We used Winkworths in 2019. I had a terrible experience looking to buy with them. I was very specific about my requirements – e.g. I wanted a period property. Multiple times the agents would take me to a period place, then drive me to a new build or ex council after. I said so many times I’m not interested. Even in the car on the way over, and they would sort of just apologetically wriggle their way around things and take me anyway. I heard later that it was apparently company policy to take buyers to multiple properties, even if they didn’t want to. It was crazy being driven about saying ‘no I don’t want to see this place you are taking me to!’

Anyhow I went with KFH in the New York Knicks 1946 basketball game day retro shirt moreover I love this end who were much more down to earth and less ‘look at my flashy watch’ type guys. Tbf I think a lot of the EAs have some sort of policy like this, as at a minimum it allows them to tell sellers “we’ve done X viewings of your property.” Which I suppose is good for sellers/LLs, and not the absolute worst thing for most buyers/renters as I personally enjoyed seeing the range of crap (yes, most of it was crap) that was available for sale/rent when we were searching. I’ve always wondered cause if you look on Google maps every branch has very good & believable reviews. However everything I’ve read online about them is usually the opposite. They are hated not just by their clients but also by their competitors, my offer for one flat was chosen but I needed more time to finalise, but my agency was being pressured apparently unethically by Foxtons who also had an offer from one of their tenants and in turn pressurised the landlord to go with the other tenant. So they don’t follow mutually agreed norms and are a pain in the arse to deal with even for other agencies. Not surprised they don’t have a good reputation
