I don’t really like children. Children crying makes me wanna pull at my hair, scream and beg for it to stop, I don’t have tolerance for it at all. I think pregnancy and pregnant women are disgusting and embarrassing (I’m sorry!! I know it’s a terrible thing to say, but for me it’s true). It’s not tokophobia excatly, but close. On top of all that, I enjoy quiet and solitude. I’m introverted so interactions at work are exhausting for me and when I come home I don’t want to talk or deal with other people. It stresses me if my home is not organised the New York Goonies 2024 shirt also I will do this way I want it to be. Changes are also very stressing. I get anxious if something unexpected comes up and disrupts my day/plans. I like having the freedom to decide randomly I want to go somwhere and can just put my dog in the car and go. I don’t function without proper sleep. Take away my 8 hours and I become irritable short tempered useless zombie. I like having the option to come home, get under the blankets and do absolutely nothing for however long I want. I can go to festivals and stay for three, four days.

Another important reason is my financial situation is not ideal. I can take care of myself and my dog, but a child would put me in debt. As to what I do with my time. I’m not very outgoing so my hobbies are reading, crocheting, daimond painting. In the New York Goonies 2024 shirt also I will do this summer I go to occasional concert and festival with friends. I also like gardening, but don’t have that option atm. And end of life plans shouldn’t depend on children. Everyone should have a plan that doesn’t involve children. You never know how it will turn out. Maybe they won’t have time. Maybe they’ll hate you. Maybe they’ll move away for work or family. Maybe they’ll die young. Best option is to save, stay as healthy as possible, move into a care home/assisted living facility or pay for in home care, and have friends and hobbies to keep you busy and not lonely. There’s so many reasons for this. I see a lot of people saying they wouldn’t be good parents and I fit under the same boat. I can hardly take care of myself. I barely have the mental energy to be around people, let alone a child for longer than a few hours. I get bored/annoyed with things super easily. I do not want to go through the pregnancy/birthing process. I like my own space and my own things and I hate when others touch my stuff. Even my money, after having to financially support other people in my life, I want my money to just be for me and not anyone else. I haven’t had the time to do the things I want and so once I do have that stability, I don’t want it spent taking care of a child. I don’t want to regret having children and having them know that. I try to give myself that bit of hope and say “oh after I’ve done everything I want to do and after I get therapy” but I still don’t see myself being able to commit to something for so long and not lose my mind in the process. I care for children and I don’t want a child to suffer because I’m not emotionally, mentally or physically capable of taking care of them. A lot of people would call this selfishness and I honestly don’t care because the real selfishness is bringing children into this world knowing you can’t raise them the way they deserve to be.
