How do you convey health consequences to a child? I mean other than telling them they will go blind if they dont eat their carrots. Age appropriate conversations. Very young – “if you don’t eat you’ll be hungry later”. I will never, ever make a judgement about a parent not letting their kids drink that stuff again. If I cook a healthy meal and my kids don’t eat it, they will absolutely come back to the kitchen for a bunch of junk 30 minutes later.
