I could have pointed to the New England Patriots This Is My Christmas 2023 shirt also I will do this several Black employees I’ve hired and have a great relationship with, but in the moment I thought that would be counterproductive. What I was thinking at the time was not that look at me, I’ve hired Black people, I was thinking “ask them if I’m racist, they know me better by far than you do” but I didn’t think that would help. Everyone wants everything to be about being racist and sexist in today’s world. They aren’t mad at you, they’re just mad, and let them be that way. Don’t give that kind of reaction a response and just leave. In the same way I handle being called the N word by the public while I’m being paid. I have my salary broken down to the minute so I just think about how much money I made during that moment.

There is no avoiding it. I honestly give older black Americans a pass. They went through some shit, like some real bad shit. So I can understand why they may have some resentment against white Americans. While I’ve never been called racist. You can tell the New England Patriots This Is My Christmas 2023 shirt also I will do this ones who hate you simply for being white by the way they look at you. But it’s rare, extremely rare. I live in the south where racism is for the most part non existent outside of the bigger cities. In the rural areas everyone gets along. You’ll see everyone fishing together. People will pull the racist card for anything lmfao. maybe it’s also because you’re a man and she’s a defensive woman. I would just move on from it. They’re not gonna thrive in a work place where they can’t accept help without pulling out accusations
