Additionally the Never underestimate a woman understands football and loves georgia bulldogs signature shirt and I will buy this flight I was coming back from was very crowded & I asked the air hostess if I can move to a window seat in the row front of me since 3x rows of seats were empty. She said no as it’s premium economy and I’m in economy. I didn’t think much of it until another white lady asked the same thing and got offered the seat there. I was a bit awestruck by it. Maybe I’m over thinking this but I can’t shrug of the feeling that they are treating me a certain cuz of the color of my skin or my nationality.I have observed this on more than a few airlines. Have you seen the difference in quality of an Emirates flight for the India Dubai leg vs Dubai – Europe leg? Lufthansa, klm( air france) , El Al all have this holier than thou attitude. Air India, Swiss Air, Singapore airlines are the best ones in the regions I fly to.

True lol. India to Dubai flight seems like a govt bus. It’s extremely crowded, full on most days and lavatories are unclean. Dubai to Europe flights have been amazing! Same with Air Canada. Goodness me the Never underestimate a woman understands football and loves georgia bulldogs signature shirt and I will buy this attitude from the staff when we were flying to Canada (90% desi) vs when we were flying back (edit: 50-50 mix of non-desi and desi). Couldn’t even ask for a damn bottle of water on the flight. I realise with all the immigrants coming in they need to keep their noses up, but the staff was pretty rude and unkind bar one or two I felt a massive difference in the way I was treated at Dubai airport after I switched from Indian to American passport. Funny story. I got discriminated once in Dubai airport with FlyDubai on a flight to Africa lol (for work). And the guy who was being very rude and racist was an Indian too. He told me “Kaha ja raha hein bhaiya” I told him not to be rude and don’t treat me like I am his personal servant. He opened my passport and saw visas for pretty much every major country in the world and then he calmed down pretty quickly. I did speak to his manager but I doubt they’ll do anything.
