My father in law likes to brag that he’s been talked to by security and asked to leave casinos because he’s so good at blackjack that they suspect him of counting cards. Any business can have you leave for any reason really, as long as it isn’t racial, religious, etc, discrimination. A lot of states are also at will states, so I can fire you just because. I got kicked out of the Hippodrome casino in London because I was extremely drunk and loudly pretending that I knew how to count cards. Like doing random math out loud. It’s one of those embarrassing moments that keep me up at night. I worked in a casino for a long time. One time we had a player lose 400k on high limit black jack in one year. He suddenly disappeared and then reappeared six months later with drinking problem. The only issue was that this time he was winning. And he was coming in every weekend and winning like 10k. After about a year of this he was up 150k on us after his total losses and no one thought to check if he was counting cards until a few weeks before we banned him because he was so fucking blasted while he was playing.

Of course. It’s a private business, they can ask anyone to leave for any reason, other than being discriminatory, at any time they want. Same for any other private business in America. People should just stop going to casinos. It’s all a scam to take your hard earned money.
