If this video goes viral on their only fans and gets rich he could probably sue for a cut since he’s part of the National Rugby League Premiers Penrith Panthers signatures 2023 shirt Furthermore, I will do this film being sold. But if his face is blurred out then who knows. IANAL My personal opinion is: mfer it was “DoorDash for Aiden” either there is a relative named Aiden that lives there, a partner named Aiden that is there, or the person who ordered has the name Aiden… if you didn’t want anyone seeing nor get a bj from someone transgender, it was not the smartest play XD Well that’s where a good lawyer comes into play he agreed to be recorded he did not agree to be publicly uploaded online you could definitely make a good argument out of that I’m sure this isn’t the first time something like this has happened plus the video clearly shows the trans person intentionally trying to deceive the delivery dude Right, but what are you suing for? Lying to someone isn’t a crime, and they offered a bj, and he got one, lol. The fact they hid they’re trans isn’t something you can sue for damages on. It’s not like they knowingly gave the dude an STD which IS a crime.

We also have no idea from this clip what he did or didn’t agree to. Unless you’re saying you saw the National Rugby League Premiers Penrith Panthers signatures 2023 shirt Furthermore, I will do this whole thing? The video appears to show that she asked if he wanted his dick sucked and if he minded her recording it. He agreed to both. This is obviously just regular porn (a scripted, thunderously implausible hookup scenario), but hypothetically in the real world if you were to agree to a sex act within seconds of meeting somebody, no questions asked, you shouldn’t really expect them to volunteer any personal information first. Consenting to the act and the recording doesn’t mean you consent to it being uploaded. There are revenge porn laws against this. You don’t have a responsibility to say if ur transgender just cuz ur giving somebody head. Maybe u should, but it’s not necessary.
