Usually customers sympathize that we are being mistreated as are they and they end up on the same page hating corporate like the rest of us. Sometimes they get vocal about their disgust and I let em know we are right there with them on it but if we say anything we’ll be let go without a replacement and the customer will be left to deal with it alone even more.
