Trans boys (assigned female at birth, in case you’re not up with the My Son In Law Is My Favorite Child Rainbow Flowers T-Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this terminology) also will occasionally get “top surgery,” which is the removal of breast tissue. Once again, this is far more common with cis girls, most often in the form of breast reduction for back pain relief. The overwhelming majority of the time, trans boys do what is called “binding,” which is cinching the breasts so tightly against the body the appear very small or altogether “disappear” beneath the clothes. This has been shown to have some adverse effects, be depending on duration of binding, and how often, but certainly the benefits outweigh the drawbacks when it comes to feelings of gender euphoria. These options are far more easily available for cis people, with trans people often having to jump through a gauntlet of hoops that cis people bypass altogether. Like most things you’re being told to fear in the media, it’s entirely overblown in every way.

My Son In Law Is My Favorite Child Rainbow Flowers T-Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

Yes, but only cis parents taking intersex kids and giving them a more cis-acceptable body. In other words this isn’t a thing happening to trans kids for gender affirmation, it’s being done to perfectly natural intersex kids for the My Son In Law Is My Favorite Child Rainbow Flowers T-Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this ‘cis agenda’ if you will. Aren’t you glad Republicans are focused on protecting children from gender assignment and drag shows, and not trivialities like mass shootings in their own classrooms? Hormone therapy is kind of important to do early for some people because you don’t go through puberty in the ‘wrong’ direction first. Once deep voice and broad shoulders always deep voice and broad shoulders. Would you take issue with 13 year old girls getting breast augmentation? Would you consider it morally reprehensible? Would you take issue with a corporation that stands to make a small fortune off a 12 year old counseling her to do so “for her mental health”?
