– Big fluffy brushes aren’t good for blush, I use small, dense foundation brushes instead. Works way better to place blush – Using a dry sponge is better. Using it damp has always soaked up more product and given me less coverage. I use a powder blush. UD has definitely dropped the ball. I used to love seeing what new palettes they come up with, but it’s all Naked variations that are BORING af. You can pry my big fluffy blush brush from my cold dead hands! Small dense brushes make dark, unblended and splotchy blush while big fluffy ones make effortlessly blended and evenly spread blush. Same! I always thought I looked ridiculous with blush on so avoided using it most of the time, until I tried applying it with a big fluffy brush. My old blush brush with the densely packed bristles is now gathering dust and will probably get chucked because I no longer have a use for it.
