A co-op can be a full time position for a student and sometimes goes well into the school year. You’ll either find yourself working part time while going to school or taking a semester off completely as you complete your co-op. My co-op started in August then ended in May and I was still taking classes. Others require you to take the semester off as I mentioned earlier. It could be a good opportunity for you to gain that experience, but to also make enough to pay for tuition.
