If the Executive, Legislative, and Judicial branches are supposed to be checks and balances to each other than how on Earth does it make sense to have the Executive branch be the source of all Judicial nominees? We need age limits throughout Government and Institutions in general. No 75 year old has any clue how people live nowadays and they shouldn’t be influencing laws! The problem isnt with the court itself, problem is conservatives have eroded the political institution of the country from the ground up, including congress. Them having term limits just brings more problems to the table ontop of what we already have to deal with. You can impeach supreme court justices and eject them, and we can expand the court to be more representative of the population of which they serve. Ultimately the real issue is the extreme gerrymandering in red states where 100 people have equal power to 100s of thousands of people, and republicans in congress who rammed these justices through when they shouldnt have.

It should be one 15 year term for justices and four 2 year terms for Congress/Senate.
