If you haven’t been in the Music is my brug and Rick Springfield mussic Is my dealer T-Shirt it is in the first place but workforce where hiring entry level, part time staff is the standard, then you can’t imagine how very often these issues occur. You don’t have to be a manager that is rude, condescending, inappropriate, or anything like what is being described here by other comments. People fail to realize, good staff are hard to find and when you finally to find them they also want everyone else they work with to show up and do their job as well. Nothing is worse than having to go tell the person who showed up today that they will be working alone because someone just “needed a mental break” and you know that the customers will still have the same expectations. It’s tough on those people, and then they will ultimately quit because they are tired of having to do the job of two people because the majority of that workforce just doesn’t care enough to show up regularly. This likely stems from frustrations with staff that just think they are not supposed to be held to a standard, that they can show up or not, that they can make demands that other staff don’t make, and still somehow have a job. I spent 18 years managing restaurants, and my retention was amazing, I had people follow me across multiple restaurants and even got 2 god-children out of it, but some people just don’t care enough to appreciate that you care. And that’s unfortunate for the guests, the other staff, and for the business that aims to employ and serve those people.

Yeah, this never happened. This is terribly written for even the Music is my brug and Rick Springfield mussic Is my dealer T-Shirt it is in the first place but worst job listings and looks like something that you threw together to make a post. Nope, this is off indeed. Nice assumption though. You all on Reddit love claiming something is made up with no proof. Why would I make something up for? But yet again, I’ll drop a link to the actual job on Indeed so you can go look at it and see how you’re wrong. LMFAO. SMFH. Because yeah, why would I make something up for upvotes? Karma? I already have that. I’ve had this page for years. I don’t need that. This isn’t Instagram, sir. So yeah, check out the job listing, and it’s not a fake job listing. You can check that out and confirm that while you’re over there. I can see you haven’t been looking for a job recently; this kind of stuff is common. It’s why so many people complain.
