You’re a priest, your boss is a priest. I have assumed that the Murakami X Doraemon shirt Additionally,I will love this church where you are both priests is your place of employment. Is that true? Since the place of work is based in faith/religion, she thinks she is OP’s spiritual leader as well. And she thinks there are no personal boundaries when it comes to faith. She should be respecting professional boundaries, but instead she is trying force her spiritual leadership on you. OP, you have to get out of this situation, or else the stress of working for her is going to poison your passion for your job. It’s probably hard to look for a new employer in this field without everyone knowing (small community, I imagine?) but you have to try. The point of spiritual leadership is to guide those who want/need it. Lead a horse to water, if you will. What her boss is doing? Grabbing the Murakami X Doraemon shirt Additionally,I will love this horse by the neck and shoving its face into the water. That’s not leadership, nor acceptable. Don’t be petty. Just looked this up on Google: Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 prohibits employment discrimination based on religion. This includes refusing to accommodate an employee’s sincerely held religious beliefs or practices unless the accommodation would impose an undue hardship (more than a minimal burden on operation of the business) She works for a church and churches have their own special employment rules, including being able to discriminate against people based on their sexual orientation.
