Phones, smart watches, etc. may give away details on your whereabouts that could be used against you. Be wary of trackers from others that may suspect you’re planning an abortion, too, like Apple AirTags. Data brokers can sell info about your tracked devices to anyone for cheap and give away where you went. AirTags and similar devices have been used for stalking and tracking others and should be checked for before travel. Stay safe!
