Wildly unpopular, in addition to WRONG. It will probably lead to a huge surge in voting in November. But here are my current concerns: -1 in 4 pregnancies end in miscarriages. They will be investigated now, and I guess you’re up to the Mondaire Jones Representation matters Classic T-Shirt and I will buy this mercy of the judge? -Obviously this is just the tip of the iceberg. Birth control, gay marriage, interracial marriage… on the way out. -Sounds like one political party is trying really really hard to make it illegal for women and minorities to vote (since felons can’t vote). Good thing the GOP hasn’t been killing themselves gerrymandering all blue voters into packed districts and restricting the rights to vote everwhere they can…… I had a panic attack when I saw the news article a few hours ago. As someone who was raped and was forced to maintain the pregnancy, this news is devastating to me. My experience caused me lasting emotional trauma, PTSD, and an autoimmune disease. There is no doubt in my mind that my child is now inheriting my emotional trauma, which is something I never wanted for anyone else. I didn’t have the choice, but even before I was in the situation 9 years ago, I believed women should have the right to choose. When I lived in South Dakota 12 years ago, women had to drive to the complete other side of the state to go to planned parenthood, or another state entirely. It was extremely taboo and discouraged, doctors actively pushed off appointments so make sure that women had to keep unwanted pregnancies. Idk. I’m rambling but this entire situation is just reopening wounds and I’m spiraling a bit. The USA is in a quick and steady downward spiral, we are doomed.

We are being forced to live under Christian nationalist ideology and it both disgusts and terrifies me. Rights are being repeatedly stripped away, especially for people of color and women, and our only defense seems to be a pathetic establishment democrat leadership that clearly wants to maintain the Mondaire Jones Representation matters Classic T-Shirt and I will buy this status quo. As the earth literally becomes more uninhabitable and right wing extremism is on the rise, I wonder when we will finally forcefully take our rights and remove the corruption that is rampant in our executive, legislative, and judicial systems. Minority-ruled as in by rich, gerrymandering Republicans, not the racial minorities that this and subsequent rights reductions will be about, FYI to anyone reading that comment.
